Trip Down Under - Sept 2010
Day 46 - Cairns / Moore Reef
All day trip with SunLover Cruises to Moore Reef on the Outer Barrier Reef. This included a 2-hour caramaran trip to a large pontoon facility at the reef. We stayed nearly 4 hours with opportunities for glass-bottomed boat, semi-submersible boat and snorkeling. Luckily the sun was not in full force, but the viewing of the reef from the boats was a bit disappointing - windows are tinted and the boats scare away the bigger fish.
