Viking River Cruise: Aug - Sept 2008
Official Cruise Tour of Budapest
This was the first day of the cruise and the feature was a bus and walking tour of Buda and Pest.
Tárnok street is another street that runs up to the Szentháromság square. There are two medieval houses in the street: No. 14 even has some 16th century paintings on the walls. Its neighbour is the Arany Hordó restaurant, recalling the atmosphere of the 15th century Buda. This building next to the restaurant is now famous with some Viking cruisers for its 60¢ cans of Prosecco wine.
