Close to Reedsport and the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, the views along Discovery Drive and the Winchester Bay Wayfinding Point were gorgeous in the morning sun. The dunes are off to the right and the Umpqua lighthouse was below in the forest area. Apparently this is a good place for sighting whales.
