New Orleans - Caribbean Cruise

Arrival at Costa Maya. This port is quite new and had been destroyed by Hurricane Dean. They were in the process of reconstructing the shopping areas. We passed a Holiday Inn Hotel that had opened 2 weeks before the hurricane. It now looked in good shape but was not open as there was no other infrastructure to support a local tourist industry.
